Our goal at BCATW this year is to come back smarter!
With this in mind, we are continuing with our online education webinars. Join us on Tuesday January 25th for our session on “Pitching Travel Editors” were I will share strategies in reaching out to print and online editors. My workshop will include how to how to search for regional and national publications, find your travel story angle and craft your pitch letters.
Since the beginning of mankind, many of us are natural explorers with a desire to learn and experience new cultures. The travel industry is adapting and we are going to have to learn to live with COVID this year. So I have begun planning regional trips this spring to reconnecting with fellow colleagues and industry representatives. More details to follow.

Ruth Kozak Writing Classes
Ruth Kozak will be doing a Write From the Heart group at Brock House Seniors Centres from November 18 to Dec 16. In the New Year she’ll be also doing a group in New Westminster (for info email wynnbexton2@nullgmail.com) If not at the Century House Seniors Centre it will be at her home. Topics covered include some travel writing.
